These Terms & Conditions form an agreement between you and Vecchia Magia. You must be able to enter into a legally binding agreement where you live to place an order. If you use the site for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to act for it.

Our Privacy Policy, Shipping & Returns Policy, and Disclaimer should be read together with these terms.

We aim to describe and photograph each item accurately. Screen settings, lighting, handcrafting, and natural materials can create differences in color, shape, pattern, texture, size, and finish. These variations are part of an item’s character and are not defects.

Products, editions, quantities, and release dates may change or sell out. We may correct typographical errors, inaccurate information, or omissions and may update or discontinue an offering without notice.

Your checkout submission is an offer to purchase. An automated confirmation acknowledges receipt; it does not guarantee acceptance. We may decline or cancel an order for reasons including unavailable inventory, payment or pricing errors, suspected fraud, shipping restrictions, or quantity limits. If we cancel after payment, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Taxes, shipping charges, and available payment methods are shown at checkout. Payment is processed by the provider you select, subject to that provider’s terms.

Processing estimates, shipping limits, eligible returns, non-returnable items, damaged orders, and cancellation guidance are described in our Shipping & Returns Policy.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Risk of loss passes as permitted by applicable law. Please provide a complete, accurate delivery address and contact us promptly if something is wrong.

Read all labels and care instructions before using a product. Use appropriate caution around allergies, sensitivities, pregnancy, medical conditions, children, pets, flame, heat, smoke, sharp edges, and small parts. Stop using an item if irritation or another adverse reaction occurs.

Information about crystals, botanicals, historical practices, symbolism, ritual, or metaphysical traditions is offered for cultural, historical, educational, or personal-interest purposes. It is not medical, mental-health, legal, or financial advice; it does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition; and no particular outcome is promised. Seek an appropriately qualified professional when needed.

You are responsible for accurate account information, safeguarding your password, and activity under your account. Tell us through the contact form if you suspect unauthorized use.

Do not misuse the site, interfere with security or operation, introduce malicious code, scrape or copy content at scale, impersonate another person, place fraudulent orders, or use the site unlawfully. Reviews and other submissions must be truthful, relevant, and respectful. We may remove unlawful, deceptive, abusive, infringing, or inappropriate material.

The Vecchia Magia name, logos, photographs, writing, artwork, page design, and other original site content are owned by or licensed to Vecchia Magia and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Personal browsing and shopping do not transfer ownership or grant permission for commercial reuse.

Links and services supplied by payment processors, carriers, social platforms, or other third parties are governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party sites or services outside our control.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure operation.

Our Disclaimer provides additional information about educational and metaphysical content, product information, third-party resources, reviews and user submissions, and website limitations.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vecchia Magia will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the site or products. Any direct liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the product or order giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes a warranty, remedy, or consumer right that cannot lawfully be limited.

These terms are governed by the laws of Wisconsin and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.

We may update these terms as the shop, services, or legal requirements change. The effective date above will be revised when updates are published. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
