Shipping

At launch, we ship within the United States. Orders are typically prepared within 3–5 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time.

Shipping choices, costs, and estimates appear at checkout; tracking is emailed after dispatch. Please check your address carefully and contact us quickly about an error.

If we cannot ship on time, we will offer a revised date or the option to cancel for a prompt, full refund.

Returns

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. They must be unused, unaltered, and in their original condition and packaging.

Contact us with your order number before mailing a return. Customers pay return postage unless an item arrived damaged or incorrect. Original shipping is non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection; bank processing times vary.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the item, packaging, and shipping label. Please keep the packaging until the matter is resolved.

After review, we will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund and cover necessary return costs when the issue is ours.

Natural Variation

Crystals, botanicals, wood, ceramics, and artisan-made objects naturally vary in color, shape, pattern, texture, and size. These one-of-a-kind characteristics are part of their beauty and are not considered defects.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. We will gladly help when we can, but cancellation cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered processing or shipped.
