Rainbow Smoky Quartz Sphere

Description

These Rainbow Smoky Quartz Spheres combine the earthy depth of Smoky Quartz with unexpected flashes of color hidden within the stone.

The quartz ranges from softly translucent brown and warm gray to deeper smoky tones. Internal veils, fractures, inclusions, and mineral patterning can catch and reflect light, producing rainbow-like flashes that may become visible only from certain angles.

Because every sphere forms differently, the amount, placement, color, and intensity of the rainbow effect will vary from piece to piece. Some may show obvious flashes while others reveal more subtle color as the sphere is rotated.

The polished spherical form makes it especially easy to explore the stone from different angles and appreciate the variations throughout the mineral.
